I've been in France for 3 months.
A very well-known supermarket here decided to go cashless. 50 people came together and agreed that everyone would do a big shop on the same day. Fill the carts to the brim, and every person who came to the checkout had everything scanned before calmly taking out cash.
The staff were completely overwhelmed. Management was completely confused; everyone calmly repeated themselves, very organized and polite, and acted like they didn't know anything. No rudeness, no humiliation, nothing.
The supermarket subsequently reintroduced cash. 💪🏻
Gas stations: fill up and then only pay in cash.
Restaurants: groups of friends going out to dinner, and no one takes cards, only cash...
They do it in every single area of France. Why does it work? Because it's well organized. One person here, another there doesn't. It has to be carefully engineered.

Please note
Put the stickers on your business door, car, etc. and show that you support cash.
Pass them out to your like-minded friends.
Treat the stickers with honor.
Please do not stick on "public" doors, signs, windows, panels etc. We maintain respect for other property!
Of course you can also send me cash.
As I have already received:
Letter with a nice card in it, a few nice words on it and a note in the envelope.
